Effective as of 2025. Welcome to PensionJurix, hosted at pensionjurix.com. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our legal aid and consulting offerings for retirees and pensioners.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with PensionJurix services, information products, or goods, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our offerings.
2. Our Services
PensionJurix provides tailored assistance including case analysis, document preparation, and one-on-one consulting sessions. Services are delivered in person or remotely by qualified advisors.
Scheduling and Cancellation:
- Clients select available time slots via our scheduling system.
- To postpone a session, submit notice at least 48 hours before the appointment.
- Cancellations more than 7 days prior are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations between 7 and 1 days prior receive a 50% refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session, due to resources committed.
3. Information Products
We offer digital guides, templates, and educational materials designed to support retirement and pension planning. Upon purchase, downloads are enabled immediately.
Refund Eligibility:
- Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
- Products must remain unused and undownloaded beyond a preview.
- After verification, refunds are processed within 10 business days.
4. Physical Goods
Our printed manuals and resource kits are shipped to your address. Delivery times vary by region.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
- Upon receipt and inspection, refunds are issued within 15 business days.
5. Refund and Rescheduling Policy
This section outlines how payments are returned and when services may be transferred.
5.1 Services
Sessions may be postponed with no penalty when notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance. Refunds follow the cancellation schedule in Section 2. No refund is offered if cancellation occurs within 24 hours, as consultant time has been reserved exclusively.
5.2 Information Products
Eligible refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and before full download or use. Verified refunds are returned using the original payment method within 10 business days.
5.3 Physical Goods
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must arrive in resale condition. After inspection, refunds are issued within 15 business days to the original payment source.
5.4 Non-Refundable Services
Certain bespoke consulting packages or priority support plans are non-refundable once purchased, due to immediate resource allocation. These options are clearly labeled as non-refundable at the point of sale.
